Expand Edible Education
• Provide scholarships to 66 students and families to attend a week long summer camp through the ESY KC.
• Provide cooking classes to the community and non-profit youth clubs focusing on education about “real food” and engaging participants with a personal hand on learning experience utilizing fresh ingredients from the garden.
